Aura, from latin means as much as “a breeze, a breath of air” – that’s how easy IT and Technology should be for the customer. Like breathing.
That is of course almost never the case. The world gets ever more complicated, Computers do more and more and almost nobody really get’s what they do when left unsupervised.
